Research Papers Collection “OSTIS” are the annual ongoing scientific book publication. This publication contains peer-reviewed articles of the international scientific and technical conference “Open semantic technologies for intelligent systems”.

These proceedings are intended for professors, researchers, students, undergraduates, postgraduates, and also for specialists involved in designing intelligent systems.

Materials of the proceedings undergo mandatory peer review, are approved by the OSTIS Programme Committee and are printed as provided by authors.

  • Development of theory and technology of semantic model-driven intelligent systems design based on the semantic representation of knowledge and formal description of semantics of various subject domains.

On July 7, 2020, the collection of scientific papers “Open Semantic Technologies for Intelligent Systems” by the decision of the board of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus was included in the List of scientific publications of the Republic of Belarus for publishing the results of dissertation research in the technical field of science (informatics, computer technology and management).

The collection is included in the Russian Science Citation Index.

A collection of selected articles of the OSTIS-2020 conference was published in the Communications in Computer and Information Science series by Springer. Electronic version of the collection can be found here.
